Hello...it's me, Crash.

You know, it has been a very long time since I've posted on here...very long. And even longer with a post of any substance.

I've moved from here to here. The Dragon and I have been here about a year and are enjoying our time in the South. I guess we decided that when the Government was going to pay us to move to a new place we were going to look at it as an adventure. It has allowed us to go to places we have never been to and see things that we probably would have never seen.

I'm still racing - Triathlons are few and far between but I am still getting after it with the 5Ks....maybe when the weather warms us I'll get back in the water...to include getting back in my outrigger.

...So what have I been doing to stay in shape? CrossFit, and a lot of it. I had always done it on my own, either at work or at a regular globo-type gym (where, I would get plenty of stink eye) and never at a dedicated CrossFit gym. That changed when we moved here. There is a gym not too far from our house and both the Dragon and I have been regulars there for almost a year. It has been great and I honestly think I am in the best overall shape of my life since I've started.

So with that, I will say that I am getting ready for this years CrossFit competition season and have really focused in on my training and I'll be posting my workouts on here...as well as any other useful (well, at least I think it is useful) info.

Eggh...double-unders....the kryptonite of my Crossfitting. I need to work on them. Since this was a relatively short WOD day, I did 5x5 back squats at 225.

2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups.

1st round was unbroken, and then Eva got the best of me and wore me down quick. Felt good on the runs and kettlebell swings but the pull-ups did me in. Even with my hands taped, I tore them on the last round.
