I'll make this short and throw in a couple of links that I think are worthwhile...1) I have to make up two workouts - how do I go about doing this? Since yesterday was a rest day, it shouldn't be too much of an issue....but what if it is an issue?
- Reschedule or alter the schedule.
- Focus on what you have done and not what you are missing.
- Continue with the plan when you can or rework the plan.
- Use down time wisely.
- Revise Goals.
Today's Workout:
Deadlift
3-3-3-3-3
Rest 4 + Hours then:
"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
