
Menu of the Week!
Meal 1: 1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 glass of water
1 large cup of coffee
Meal 2:
Nutrition bar
2 glasses of water
Meal 3:
Grilled Tuna fillet
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup brown rice
1 glass of iced tea
Meal 4:
nutrition shake
Meal 5:
Asian Chicken and noodles
2 glasses of water
Meal 6:
1/2 cup fruit
1 glass of water
The day of reckoning is fast approaching....
My "A" race of the year is two days away. The Hawaii 70.3 (or the artist formerly know as the Honu) is here.
Am I nervous...no, not really. Anxious...yes.
The gear is packed and I've checked it three times. The bike had her tune up last weekend and I've put a few more bells and whistles on her. My nutrition and game plan are dialed in. My head is clear and my mind is set for the task ahead.
I expect to finish this thing right around 5 hours, give or take (more give) 30 minutes.

Crash, you sound so focused! Seems like you're in a great mental place right now and are going to kick butt. Two weeks away and you're already packed??
